Aperture Dylan is Dylan Powell: the camera, the edit suite and the content calendar in one place. The same person who shoots your event cuts your recap and schedules the posts, so the story stays consistent from the first photo to the final caption.
Work spans healthcare education, child welfare, ministry and community fundraising, which means comfortable in a boardroom, a ballroom or a fellowship hall.

Before you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Prime dates (spring and holiday galas, conference season) fill 6 to 10 weeks out. Smaller shoots can often happen within a week. Send the date and you will know within one business day.
What do I get, and when?
Sneak peeks within 24 hours, a full edited online gallery within 5 days and recap films within 7. Rush delivery is available for an added fee.
Who owns the photos and video?
You get full commercial usage for your brand on every deliverable: website, social, print and ads. Aperture Dylan keeps the right to show selected work in the portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due when work is delivered. Monthly social packages are billed in advance with a 3-month minimum. Card, ACH and invoice are all fine.
Can I just hire you to edit my footage?
Yes. Recap and highlight films start at $450 using footage your team already shot, with captions, music licensing and platform sizing included.
Do you travel?
Travel within 40 miles of Dallas–Fort Worth is included. Beyond that, travel is billed at cost with no markup.
